Upon receipt of this communication we will ascertain availability to complete your proposed work. |

If it is possible for us to complete your work to the allotted deadline, you will automatically receive a booking form together with other information as an email attachment. OR |

If there is a problem with availability either Sue Barnard or Sue Conrad will contact you personally by telephone to discuss alternative dates. |
| UPON RECEIPT OF PRELIMINARY ENQUIRY |

The provisional booking will be held for ten days following the date of the initial enquiry. If confirmation of the booking is not received within ten days, it will be erased from the system. |

If provisional booking is made in advance of work taking place (i.e. more than one month) – a reminder will be sent at regular intervals to track progress. |

For longitudinal studies: Please contact us if you are experiencing any delays with interviews etc. (your allotted time can be adjusted accordingly). |
